REFUND | RETURNS
No refund is offered on the sale of skin care products.

If the product arrived in a defective state, i.e., broken, leaked, or not dispensing properly, proof of said defect in picture or video form MUST be presented via email (naturespureskincare@outlook.com) to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery and before a partial refund or exchange is negotiated.

Seller will process refunds or exchanges within 48 hours upon receipt of returned product, and refund (and any return shipping fees) will be processed to the same credit card Buyer used to make the purchase.

GUARANTEE
Seller does not guarantee results on skincare products or devices. All statements on this website are for general knowledge of product specifications, use, contradictions (if any), and ingredients to the best of our knowledge, and in no way should be considered as medical advice.
